Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
- the day you receive the goods, or
- the day a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods on your behalf.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Items that show clear signs of use
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required under applicable law.
