Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 weeks after a preorder sale ends.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (within Poland): [2–5] business days
- EU countries: [3–10] business days
- International: [7–21] business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier issues, peak seasons).

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within [7–14] days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
