Cancellation policy
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal (see below).

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
- the day you receive the goods, or
- the day a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods on your behalf.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).
3. Effects of Cancellation / Withdrawal
If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
If you withdraw after receiving the goods:
- You must return the items within 14 days of informing us
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless otherwise stated)
- We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
4. Exceptions
The right of cancellation/withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items sealed for hygiene reasons once opened
- Products that show clear signs of use
5. Failed Deliveries / Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address, not collected), we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from the refund.
